Can BYD vehicles be imported and registered in my country?

BYD has official distributors in 70+ countries. In markets without official distribution, homologation and registration requirements vary. We recommend checking with a local customs agent. We can assist with export documentation and COC on request.

What is the battery warranty on BYD export vehicles?

BYD's standard battery warranty is 8 years or 150,000km for the Blade Battery pack. Warranty coverage in export markets depends on whether BYD has an official service network in your country. We provide battery health documentation with every vehicle.

Do you supply left-hand drive BYD models?

Yes. Most BYD export models are available in LHD configuration — including Atto 3, Seal, Dolphin, and Han. Please confirm LHD requirement when placing your order as some models have longer lead times for LHD spec.

Can I mix BYD models with other brands in one container?

Yes. We regularly do mixed containers — for example, 2 BYD Atto 3 and 2 Jetour T2 in a 40ft container. Contact us for a mixed loading plan and combined FOB quote.

Is charging infrastructure a concern for my market?

For markets with limited public charging (parts of Africa and the Middle East), we recommend considering BYD's plug-in hybrid models (DM-i series) which can run on petrol when charging is unavailable. WhatsApp us and we can recommend the right model for your market.
