Buying Process & Payment

FOB car export guide: buy from China with confidence

Everything overseas dealers need to know about FOB shipping from China — payment process, export documents, container loading, and port logistics from Nansha Port.

What does FOB price include?

FOB price covers the vehicle cost, export customs clearance, and loading onto the vessel at Nansha Port. It excludes ocean freight, destination port charges, and import duties in your country.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) only. Standard terms are 30% deposit to confirm the order, 70% balance before container loading. We do not accept PayPal or crypto.

Can I use my own freight forwarder?

Yes — that is the advantage of FOB. You are free to appoint any freight forwarder or shipping agent. We coordinate with them directly for vessel booking and loading.

What documents will I receive?

Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading (original), certificate of origin (CO), and export customs declaration. Additional documents (SONCAP, COC) can be arranged on request for specific markets.

How long from payment to vessel departure?

Typically 7–15 working days from deposit receipt to container loading. We confirm the exact schedule once vessel booking is confirmed with your freight forwarder.
